Pre-Booking Policy

1. Pre-Booking Orders

Certain products listed on our website may be available on a pre-booking basis due to import

processing, high demand, or limited stock availability. By placing a pre-booking order, customers agree

to the terms mentioned in this policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Pre-booked products are expected to be delivered within 20 working days. Delivery timelines may vary

slightly due to customs clearance, supplier delays, import procedures, courier issues, or unforeseen

circumstances.

3. Delay & Full Refund Policy

If Eloria (OPC) Private Limited is unable to deliver the pre-booked product within 20 working days from the order date, the customer shall be eligible for a full refund. The full refund amount will be processed back to the customer’s original payment method after verification by our support team. Customers may also choose replacement products, rescheduled shipment, or store credit if preferred.

4. Customer Communication

Customers will receive order updates through WhatsApp, phone call, email, or other available

communication methods regarding shipping status, delays, or support assistance.

5. Cancellation Policy

Pre-booking orders cannot be cancelled once import or processing procedures have started, except in

situations where the company is unable to fulfill the order within the committed timeline
